双层衍射光学元件的设计方法

  分析了衍射光学元件的成像特性,给出了双层衍射光学元件的设计方法.衍射光学元件独特的色散性质、温度稳定性质可以实现消色差和消热差.单层衍射光学元件存在偏离设计波长后衍射效率显著下降的问题,双层衍射光学元件在宽波段范围内获得高衍射效率.在红外双波段光学系统中设计了一个双层衍射光学元件进行验证,其中,在红外光学系统3.7-4.8μm和7.7-9.5μm的工作波段上最小衍射效率高于98.5%.
