益生菌Lactobacillus casei Zhang碳源限制条件下传1000代过程中稳定性的初步研究

葡萄糖限制性环境对于微生物来讲是一种简易的选择性环境.本文通过检测细胞形态、活菌数、浊度和菌株活力的变化情况对Lactobacillus caseiZhang在碳源限制性培养基中连续传代1000代期间稳定性进行了初步研究.结果显示：L.casei Zhang在传代期间细胞形态有微弱变化；活菌数、浊度和菌株活力总体基本维持不变.上述研究结果表明,L.caseiZhang在碳源限制条件下长期传代过程中
