医用气源汲送装置复制呼吸衰竭动物模型的可行性研究

目的 探讨医用气源汲送装置复制大型实验动物呼吸衰竭状态模型的可行性及稳定性.方法 以大型实验动物(犬)为研究对象,通过调控吸入气体的成分、配比,使实验动物达到并稳定在某一设定的急性呼吸衰竭状态.结果 实验犬造模1h时,PaO246.17±3.03mmHg、PaCO274.28±4.70mmHg,较基础状态时PaO2110.64±8.56mmHg降低,PaCO239.67±3.38mmHg升
