  过氧化氢(H2O2)是生物体内一种重要的活性氧(ROS),细胞内产生的H2O2 与控制细胞凋亡、增殖和生长相关的酶之间具有紧密的联系。[1]然而,过量的H2O2 可能会破坏生物大分子以及细胞的结构,并且导致DNA 碱基的氧化修饰,促进老化、突变、阿尔茨海默病甚至癌症的发生。
