SURVEY OF PESTICIDE RESIDUES IN(ON) RICE AND DIETARY EXPOSURE ASSESSMENT BYKOREAN POPULATION IN 2007

  The pesticide residual pattern in(on) the 3,048 rice samples produced in 2007 were investigated,and dietary exposure by Korea population for pesticide residues were also assessed.The detection rate was 31.2% for 40 kinds of pesticide.The order of detection frequencies were isoprothiolane,fenobucarb,tricyclazole,EPN,iprobenfos,isoprocarb,fthalide and hexaconazole,in turn.Exceeding rate of the Korean maximum residue limit(MRL) was observed 2.4%,and the order of pesticides exceeding MRL were EPN,isoprotiolane,tricyclazole,fenobucarb,iprobenfos,diazinon,endosulfan,imidacloprid and isoprocarb,in turn.Estimated dietary intake(EDI) of 11 pesticides were compared to the acceptable dietary intake(ADI).EDIs for average consumer were showed 0.29(fthalide) ~ 7.10 μg body weight day1(tricyclazole).And the estimated exposure was ranged 0.01 ~ 1.76 % of ADI.
