采用宏观、微观及SEM等检测方法,对35CrMo钢托轮轴断裂原因进行了检测分析。结果表明,由于托轮轴锻造过程中始锻及终锻温度过高,造成锻件严重过热,晶粒粗大,使其力学性能低R下p0.2,、AKU低于标准规定,尤其是冲击吸收能A量KU远低于标准值。当托轮轴运行时,在轴心缺陷区域产生应力集中引发裂纹源,导致托轮轴瞬时脆性开裂。
The causes of the rupture of the 35CrMo steel roller shaft were analyzed by macroscopic, microscopic and SEM methods. The results show that due to the forging and final forging temperature in the forging process, the forging is overheated and the grains are coarse, so the mechanical properties of the forging low p0.2, AKU lower than the standard, especially the impact energy absorption A KU is much lower than the standard value. When the runner shaft is running, stress concentration in the axial defect area causes the crack source to cause instantaneous brittle cracking of the carrier axle.
