  FUS 是一种RNA 结合蛋白。它可以在细胞内形成功能性的无膜颗粒辅助RNA 行使功能,也会形成病理性聚集导致神经退行性疾病。细胞通过特定位点的丝氨酸/苏氨酸上的磷酸化来调控FUS 的组装形态,并抑制病理性聚集的产生。
