本文阐述对直喷式柴油机强化燃烧的研究,重点通过所建立的优化直喷式柴油机工作过程的数学模型模拟计算,研究和分析了直喷式柴油机的工作过程和燃烧性能。计算与试验研究均表明,提高喷油压力、缩短喷油期、提高增压压力和采用预喷射快速燃烧、均质预混合燃烧等技术,均可强化柴油机燃烧过程以满足动力性、经济性和排放的要求。
This paper describes the study of direct injection diesel engine enhanced combustion, focusing on the establishment of the optimized direct injection diesel engine mathematical model of the simulation process, research and analysis of direct injection diesel engine working process and combustion performance. Both calculation and experimental studies show that the technologies such as increasing the injection pressure, shortening the injection period, increasing the supercharging pressure, and using pre-injection rapid combustion and homogeneous premixed combustion can all enhance the combustion process of the diesel engine to meet the requirements of dynamic, economical and Emission requirements.
