某四缸汽油发动机排气歧管--催化器总成断裂失效问题研究

本文介绍了某四缸汽油发动机排气歧管———催化器总成出气端锥与尾管连接处断裂的原因分析和改进过程.通过失效故障树分析方法排查原因,再运用仿真和试验相结合的手段,进行问题查找分析和改进效果确认,最终确定了失效的根本原因,制定出新颖有效的改善方案,解决了排气歧管———催化器总成断裂失效问题.改善后的零件已经顺利通过所有发动机耐久性考核试验.
