邻避设施影响范围内的城市功能整合探讨

邻避设施的问题已然成为中国社会冲突的焦点,涉及明显的社会公平正义问题.从邻避设施的影响角度出发,梳理邻避设施、城市功能的研究现状.通过调查问卷与专家打分的方法运用,总结避设施的影响因素及其接受度情况,并且以此为角度进行城市功能对邻避设施的综合接受度评价,得出不同类型邻避设施影响下的城市功能接受度排序,为功能安排提供一定的参考依据;最后从规划角度认为邻避设施与城市功能安排应考虑独立分区、绿化隔离、功
