本试验通过比较采自不同地区、不同寄主上斜纹夜蛾幼虫的体色,并通过室内用不同饲料的饲养,观察记录各幼虫个体不同发育日龄体色变化的过程,研究分析了斜纹夜蛾幼虫个体间以及同一个体不同体位间体色分化的多样性规律。结果表明,斜纹夜蛾幼虫体色在个体间和同一个体不同发育时期以及同一个体不同体位间均具有一定的变异性,且变异主要发生在不同龄期间,不同食料因素也有一定的影响。但各不同体位的色泽在个体间的变异存在着一定程度的稳定性和变异性差异,其中以虫体两侧斜纹以及总体次色和副色的稳定性最好,即在不同个体或不同虫期间均保持着基本一致的色泽不变;而主体,头、胸及腹部主色,背线、亚背线和气门线主色在不同个体或不同虫期间存在着较大的变异性。上述结果,为田间正确识别斜纹夜蛾幼虫种类提供了重要形态学依据。
In this study, body color of larvae of Spodoptera litura collected from different regions and different hosts was compared and the body color changes of each larvae at different developmental ages were observed and recorded through feeding indoors with different diets. The results showed that body color of Spodoptera litura larvae had some variability in different developmental stages and different body positions of the same individual, and the variation mainly occurred at different ages, and different food factors also had certain effects. The above results provide important morphological evidence for the correct identification of Spodoptera litura larvae in the field.
