场区红黏土地基处理是工程建设必须解决的主要岩土工程问题之一,为了确定合理的红黏土地基处理方法,针对机场场地的特点,进行红黏土地基处理方法及处理效果验证试验;通过碎石桩红黏土复合地基的现场验证试验,研究分析了碎石桩法处理昆明新机场红黏土地基的可行性和处理效果。结果表明:采用碎石桩工法进行处理红黏土地基是适宜的;碎石桩红黏土复合地基能够满足设计对地基承载力和工后沉降的要求。对场区内红黏土分布厚度小于20.0m、上部填土厚度约30.0m的红黏土地基,建议采用桩间距(梅花形布桩)为1.8m、桩径为500mm的碎石桩进行处理。
In order to determine the reasonable treatment method of red clay foundation, red clay foundation treatment method and treatment effect verification test are carried out according to the characteristics of airport ground. Through the process of red clay foundation treatment, Site verification test of stone piled red clay composite foundation to study and analyze the feasibility and treatment effect of gravel pile method for processing red clay foundation of Kunming new airport. The results show that it is appropriate to treat the red clay foundation by the gravel pile construction method. The gravel pile red clay composite foundation can meet the design requirements of the foundation bearing capacity and post-construction settlement. For red clay foundations where the distribution of red clay is less than 20.0 m in thickness and about 30.0 m in thickness in the upper part of the site, a gravel pile with a pile spacing of 1.8 m and a pile diameter of 500 mm is recommended.
