Degradable polymers are potential for vaginal drug delivery.The drug could be loaded in environmentally sensitive gels,and be delivered into body without need of surgical procedure.In our previous work,we prepared biodegradable temperature-responsive copolymer,4-arm star shaped poly (D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid)-b-methoxy poly (ethylene glycol) (4sPLGA-mPEG),with adjustable sol-gel transition temperature,controllable biodegradability and good biocompatibility[1,2].
