固溶后不同冷却方式对Ni-Al合金时效过程微结构及力学性能演变的影响:实验测定与计算机模拟

实验测定了固溶后不同冷却方式(空冷、炉冷及淬火)下Ni-Al合金时效过程的微结构及相应的力学性能(包括屈服强度和硬度).通过考虑固溶后不同冷却方式下的微结构作为初始输入,采用多相场模型(Multi-Phase-Field model: MPF model)与精准的热、动力学数据库相耦合对不同初始状态下Ni-Al合金时效过程微结构演变进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与实测数据相吻合.通过研究析出相尺寸、体积分数对合金强化效果的影响,构建了Ni-Al合金时效过程屈服强度的本构方程.将相场模拟得到的微结构演变信息读入本构方程,计算了Ni-Al合金时效过程中屈服强度随微结构的变化,所得结果与实测数据一致.
