目的:研究活血配方的抗血小板活性,评估其与昆明山海棠配伍用于系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus eythematosus;systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)治疗的价值。方法:通过血小板体外聚集实验和实验性血栓形成实验研究活血配方对血小板释放、聚集的影响;通过鹿角菜胶所致鼠尾血栓实验研究活血配方对凝血系统的影响;通过比较昆明山海棠、活血配方及二者合用对降植烷(pristane)所致实验性狼疮小鼠血清中SLE标志物抗双链DNA(double stranded DNA,dsDNA)抗体、B细胞活化因子(B cellactivation factor,BLYS)和血小板活化标志物sCD154、CD62P水平的影响,研究活血配方用于提高昆明山海棠疗效的可能性。结果:活血配方0.1~0.5g/kg均能不同程度降低血小板聚集率、提高聚集抑制率、抑制鼠尾血栓形成,0.5g/kg对实验性体外血栓形成有显著抑制作用;活血配方0.5g/kg及与昆明山海棠合用(狼疮平)1g/kg均可有效抑制实验性狼疮小鼠血清中血小板活化标志物水平,但其单独应用对血清中SLE标志物无明显影响。结论:活血配方可有效抑制血小板活化,且对凝血系统有一定影响,可增强昆明山海棠对SLE的治疗作用。
Objective: To study the anti-platelet activity of Huoxue formula and evaluate the value of its combination with Begonia tuberosum for the treatment of systemic lupus eythematosus (systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE). Methods: The platelet aggregation and platelet aggregation were tested by in vitro platelet aggregation and experimental thrombosis experiments. Results: Blood circulation formula 0.1 ~ 0.5g / kg could reduce platelet aggregation rate, increase aggregation inhibition rate and inhibit rat thrombus formation at 0.5g / kg, 0.5g / kg could inhibit experimental thrombosis in vitro. kg and combined with Begonia lupulus (lupus 平) 1g / kg can effectively inhibit the serum levels of platelet activation markers in experimental lupus mice, but its application alone has no significant effect on serum SLE markers. Conclusion: Huoxue formula can effectively inhibit platelet activation, and have some influence on the coagulation system, which can enhance the therapeutic effect of Begonia tuberosum on SLE.
