杭州金鹭大厦项目是位于深厚软土地区的深基坑工程。该工程由于开挖深度深、土质条件差、周边环境复杂,围护设计采用了排桩结合二道钢筋混凝土内支撑的支护方案,并通过对被动区土体加固等措施保障了基坑开挖和地下室施工的顺利进行。但由于对基坑本身特点、周边特殊条件等情况考虑得不够深入,基坑施工过程中围护体的侧向变形普遍超过了预警值。详细描述了该工程围护体侧向变形的发展过程,并结合监测结果对变形发展的原因进行了细致的分析,同时还介绍了针对围护体侧向变形过大所采取的相应处理措施。通过该工程的实践,得出了一些处理软土地区大型深基坑工程的经验,所得结论可为类似工程提供参考。
Hangzhou Jinlu Building Project is a deep foundation pit project located in the deep soft soil area. Due to the deep excavation depth, poor soil quality and complex surrounding environment, the project adopts the supporting plan of row piles and two inner supports of reinforced concrete, and the foundation pit excavation is ensured through measures such as reinforcement of the soil in the passive area Dug and basement construction carried out smoothly. However, due to the characteristics of the pit itself, the surrounding special conditions not considered enough depth, the lateral deformation of the body during the construction of the pit generally exceeded the warning value. The development process of the lateral deformation of the enclosure body is described in detail. The causes of the deformation are analyzed in detail with the monitoring results. The corresponding measures taken for the lateral deformation of the enclosure body are also introduced. Through the practice of this project, some experiences of dealing with large-scale deep foundation pit engineering in soft soil area have been obtained, and the conclusions can provide reference for similar projects.
