Objective: The aldosterone-to-renin ratio (ARR) is a diagnosis method in the screening for primary aldosteronism (PA).However, hormonal determination are expensive, and not readily available in all hospitals.There, we assessed the effectiveness of the serum sodium to urinary sodium to (serum potassium)2 to urinary potassium (SUSPPUP) in diagnosis of primary aldosteronism (PA).
