通过客观思考经营管理者在煤炭企业经济效益中的贡献和作用,对煤炭企业经营管理者岗位业绩考核进行了定位思考,分析了煤炭企业作为资源型企业与其他高科技研发行业的不同特点,明确了对煤炭企业经营管理者进行规范化考核的几项具体内容,提出了经营管理者薪酬要实施“封顶”制度和“水涨船高”的政策,对于认真贯彻按劳分配原则、区分脑力劳动与体力劳动差别、减少收入差距和贫富差距、促进煤炭工业持续稳定健康发展、构建和谐矿区和社会、实现小康社会的目标都具有十分重要的意义。
By objectively thinking about the contribution and function of managers in the economic benefits of coal enterprises, this paper conducts a positioning study on the performance evaluation of coal managers and analyzes the different characteristics of coal enterprises as resource-based enterprises and other high-tech R & D industries.
