(A)[B]2O4型尖晶石铁氧体是典型的氧化物功能材料,其结构,铁磁性,铁电性等方面的特性和应用得到了人们的广泛关注.其中氧离子以面心立方密堆积方式排列,(A)位处于由4个最近邻氧离子形成的四面体中心,[B]位处于由6个最近邻氧离子形成的八面体中心.低温时,(A)位和[B]位的金属离子磁矩分别平行排列,但是(A)子晶格的磁矩与[B]子晶格的磁矩反平行排列[1,2].
