胞浆内单精子注射技术的安全性

胞浆内单精子注射(ICSU技术给男性不育患者的治疗带来突破.ICSI技术是否对胚胎发育产生不利影响或有致畸作用至今尚无定论,人们对其可能带来的遗传危害越来越担忧.因为ICSI本身毕竟是一种人为的、侵袭性操作.ICSI操作可能将患有少、弱、畸精子和非阻塞性无精子症的父亲所携带的基因缺陷遗传给下一代,也可能将培养液、精液中的杂质带入卵胞浆内.因此,ICSI操作具有一定的潜在的风险.
