：
目的 探讨臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)和心血管危险因素的关系.方法 横断面调查3344人臂踝脉搏波传导速度及相关心血管危险因素进行分析.结果 研究对象baPWV均值为1460.8±367.7 mm/s,相关分析显示baPWV与年龄、性别、收缩压、体质指数、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血尿酸、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)呈线性相关(P均＜0.01)；多元线性回归

目的 探讨臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)和心血管危险因素的关系.方法 横断面调查3344人臂踝脉搏波传导速度及相关心血管危险因素进行分析.结果 研究对象baPWV均值为1460.8±367.7 mm/s,相关分析显示baPWV与年龄、性别、收缩压、体质指数、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血尿酸、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)呈线性相关(P均＜0.01)；多元线性回归分析发现影响baPWV的因素依次是：收缩压、年龄、HbA1c、体质指数、总胆固醇、三酰甘油,标准化β值分别为0.427、0.382、0.080、0.038、0.027、0.027(P均＜0.05)；卡方趋势检验提示随年龄增加和收缩压增高baPWV异常率逐渐增高(x2=44.3,P＜0.01和x2=56.7,P＜0.01).结论 baPWV与多种心血管危险因素相关,收缩压和年龄是影响baPWV异常主要危险因素,提示应积极控制血压及心血管危险因素以延缓动脉硬化的进程.
