Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of prostatic stromal tumor of uncertain malignant potential (STUMP).Methods The clinical data of 1 patients with STUMP admitted to our hospital in December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively, and the relevant literature was reviewed.A 28-year-old man initially presented withreeurrent gross hematuria, obstructive lower urinary tract symptoms.The serum prostate-specific antigen concentration was normal.Digital rectal examination revealed an enlarged prostate with hard right lobe.
