The economy into the new normal,China is facing multiple pressures,such as accelerate the transformation of economic development mode and adjust the economic structure,improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth.The medium-small-sized science and technology enterprises as the main force of scientific and technological innovation,are the source of technological innovation and the direct carrier of the transformation of technological achievements,and has become a new strategic direction of government at all levels.Under the strategic direction of Langfang city and Hebei Province,the policy environment for the development of the medium-small-sized science and technology enterprises has been optimized,showing a rapid development trend.But at the same time,it is also facing difficulties,such as financing and technology innovation,research cooperation system is not perfect and so on.Therefore,the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening government guidance and policy support,improving the ability of independent innovation,the establishment of industry university research cooperation mechanism,in order to improve the development environment,to achieve the goal of spanning progress.
