Objective: To investigate whether or not MKK7 undergoes neddylation in breast cancer cells, including the possible biological significance of the finding.Methods: We chose the breast cancer cell lines, MDA-MB-231and MCF-7, as the primary research models.We observed the possible MKK7 neddylation in breast cancer cells.
