电动助力管柱高低温耐久台架测试研究

本文主要研究了电动助力管柱在高低温环境下耐久台架测试的关键问题.搭建了两通道电动助力管柱测试台架,并设计了测试专用的环境仓,使得管柱及管柱下轴均在高低温湿热状态下进行测试.同时在环境仓内应用循环水冷却系统,解决测试时电机控制器冷却的问题,使耐久测试可在高温环境下持续进行.最终根据台架系统传动效率进行加载值的修正,确保了耐久试验测试结果的可靠性.
