Synthetic jet has made great strides in active flow control and fluid transferring field and so on since the 1990s.A multiport synthetic jet actuator(SJA)with a single vibrating diaphragm and two chambers is designed to apply in the cooling of microelectronic chips, and by cooperating with a fin to achieve higher effectiveness of heat transfer with a combination of active and passive scheme in heat dissipation.
