The cultivation of College students’ability in creation and innovation has always been a hot issue explored constantly in the higher education field in recent years and also been an issue attached great attention by the society.The school of management with China University of Mining and technology did some beneficial exploration for the work on students pertinently and put forward creatively the pattern for cultivating college students’ability in creation and innovation based on the “4C spirits”(Confidence，competition，cooperation，creation).This article contains several parts as theory background for the cultivation pattern，its structure，practice and effect，etc.introduces in detail the theory platform，aim for building up this pattern，basis for implement，the analysis on the selection of basic cartier，the basic course for implement and the effect of practice.
