Background In recent years, transradial approach has become the preferred technique in percutaneous diagnostic and interventional coronary procedures in many centers.However, the effect of transradial coronary angiography on thevasodilator functions of radial artery is still unsettled.So we designed this study to assess the short-term and long-term effects of transradial coronary angiography on the vasodilatory properties by ultrasound.
