A novel process based on circulating fluidized bed (CFB) and one green Cu/Bi bimetallic catalyst was proposed and studied for hydrochlorination of acetylene.Vinyl chloride monomer (VCM),whose polymer is polyvinyl chloride (PVC),is mainly catalyzed by HgC12 from C2H2 and HCI in China.
