BACKGROUND: Posterior urethral stricture associated with false passage is challenge for urolog ists.OBIECTIVES.To evaluate the management of traumatic posterior urethral stricture associat ed with a false passage.DESIGN, SETTING, AND PARTICIPANTS: From January 2000 to Febu rary 2010, 19 patients (mean age 34 years, range 25 to 52) with traumatic posterior urethral oblite ration associated with a false passage were evaluated and treated at our Center.
