Due to the energy crisis in the world,fuel cells are attractive as clean and sustainable energy conversion devices.1-2 For the goal of practical industrial development of fuel cells,cheap,sustainable and high performance(high activity,stability and tolerance to poisons)electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reactions(ORR)which rival those based on platinum(Pt)and other rare materials are highly desirable for use in fuel cells.
