The paper describes how Singapore Polytechnic successfully implemented the CDIO framework in 15 of its courses offered by five of its Schools.It uses a four-pronged approach which addresses the curriculum changes needed,the training,the communication strategy,and the concomitant infrastructure support.The positive initial response spurred it to deepen its CDIO implementation with design thinking and innovative changes to work processes as well as workspaces.
