Hyponatremia is the most common electrolyte disorder in hospitalized patients.The presence and severity of hyponatremia directly impact the patients morbidity and mortality.The objective of this presentation is to provide an update on this topic,focusing on information that has emerged in recent years,including (1) functional implications of hyponatremia,(2) pathogenesis underlying the major clinical manifestations,specifically,novel functions of arginine vasopressin (AVP) in the pituitary-bone axis,bypassing its previously known targets and,(3) treatment options and recommendations.The information is highly applicable to clinicians providing day-to-day patient care as well as to clinician investigators in the areas of renal physiology,sodium homeostasis and bone mineral regulation.

目的 观察应用零切迹颈前路椎间融合固定系统行颈前路椎间盘切除减压融合术(Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion,ACDF)治疗颈椎病的早期临床疗效,探讨其应用的安全性及有效性.方法 2012年11月～2014年12月,采用零切迹颈前路椎间融合固定系统行ACDF术治疗颈椎病患者73例,失随访5例.其中男41例,女27例；年龄35～68岁,平均53.4岁.脊髓型

目的：临床常规使用Lidocaine 喷雾吸入于支气管镜检的镇咳，同理可证，使用Lidocaine 喷雾吸入是否也能缓解COPD 患者的慢性咳嗽呢？本文将以实证手法探讨使用Lidocaine 喷雾吸入改善COPD 患者慢性咳嗽之成效。
目的：2014 年将「落实感染管制、提升管路安全」订为医疗照护重要指标，目的以降低管路感染提升患者安全及医疗质量。血液透析患者建立血管通路，以自体动静脉瘘管为首选，其次是人工血管，但因身体或血管状况无法建立血管通路，则必需放置透析双腔静脉导管来进行治疗，导管引起的感染会造成导管功能丧失、住院天数延长、医疗成本增加及死亡率上升。故本项目目的在于探讨降低血液透析双腔静脉导管血流感染率之成效。
