Construction of new socialist countryside is not only an unprecedented opportunity for development of agriculture, but also a historical mission for the developing of agricultural and forestry colleges.This paper, based on the employment status of agricultural and forestry college graduates, under the background of the Construction of new socialist countryside, tries to explore the significance of the graduates services for the Construction of new socialist countryside.Moreover, it focused on the countermeasures about improving the current employment situation.
