The paper presents the Acoustic Emission Method (IADP) of identification and location of active destructive processes and their application to the monitoring of the technical state of an overpass.The method is based on the measurement and analysis of acoustic emission signals,collected under service load,and then their comparison with the reference data base created for single damage processes (Goszczy(n)ska at al.2013).
