目的：探讨临床表现及生化检查高度怀疑垂体ACTH腺瘤,但MRI影像检查不能清楚定位的患者,采用岩下窦采血技术,来明确诊断并定位肿瘤的位置.方法：近1年来共有2例高度怀疑垂体ACTH腺瘤患者MRI检查不能明确显示病灶,行岩下窦采血.术中操作要点:1.双侧股静脉置鞘,一侧为6F鞘,一侧为5F鞘,以便双侧岩下窦同时采血,同时6F鞘侧可以方便的采取外周静脉血以便对照;2.采用4F单弯导管在导丝辅助下进入岩
目的 通过检测人类脑膜瘤中凋亡相关基因BAG-1的表达,以进一步了解脑膜瘤的生物学行为. 方法 对158例脑膜瘤病理标本采用免疫组化SP法,直接检测BAG-1的表达情况.按染色强度和阳性范围评估免疫组化检测结果 ,分析BAG-1表达程度与脑膜瘤瘤周水肿、术后复发的关系. 结果 随着脑膜瘤BAG-1表达的免疫组化评分下降,脑膜瘤瘤周水肿程度加重、术后更易复发,其结果 均具有统计学意义(x2=43
