在正交表的基础上，借助于平衡区组正交表，基于正交表的区组表示列替换为平衡区组每一列且进行列重叠构造技术。分析显示，新构造地区组具有相遇性、完全性、组内和组间平衡性。算例表明，利用正交表构造平衡区组设计，可明显减少实验次数。
