  In this research,with Clitocybe maxima as raw material,the crude polysaccharides were extrated by the microwave-assisted method (MAE) and the enzymolysis method.The phenol sulfuric acid method was used to determine the polysaccharide content.Using the polysaccharide yields as an index of extraction efficiency,the orthogonal optimization experiment was used in this paper to study the extracting conditions of the Methods.
