Objective:To analysis the frequencies of peripheral blood CD4+CD25-effector T cells(Teff)and CD4+CD25+Foxp3+regulatory T cells(Treg)and the expression of PD-L1 on these two group cells,to investigate the role of PD-L1 in the pathogenesis of AS disease.Methods:In 49 AS patients and 31 HC,the frequencies of Teff cells and Treg cells and expression of PD-L1 were assessed by flow cytometry analysis.
