Objective: To investigate the effects of moxa smoke PM10 on the proliferation and gene expression profile of human lung adenocarcinoma cell line-A549.Methods: In this study, the vitality ofA549 cells treated with moxa smoke PM10 was observed by MTT assay, compared with cigarette smoke; the cell cycle progress was checked by a flow cytometer; and after intervention with moxa smoke PM10 in the concentration of 280 μg/mL for 20 h, genes regulating cell cycle procession, pathway of ECM/integrin and autophagy were examined by digital gene expression method.
