On corn precision planted liquid height contour height information detection information collection, low precision, poor stability, easily affected by the surface debris and other issues, this paper designed the maize pure mechanical and electrical hydraulic profiling system ground height information detection institutions, institutions include infrared ground information collecting component and the Arduino program controller.Through the study on the performance of the infrared distance sensor, and the situation analysis of the surface of corn after soil preparation,determine the detection scheme using multi-point data acquisition.Experimental results show that the accuracy of 1 mm, can change the information on the height of the collected data for processing filter, realized the function of avoiding unnecessary profiling.The height information detection research of electro-hydraulic profiling system ground height change information collection mechanism design provides reference.
