目的 探讨术中手部按摩治疗对局麻下行椎体后凸成形术中患者焦虑、疼痛及治疗满意度的影响。方法 随机将110例行腰椎后凸成形术的患者分为两组，对照组常规护理，按摩组在此基础上术中由中医专科护士进行手按摩疗法。手部按摩疗法操作步骤在查阅大量书籍、相关文献的基础上制定而成。
