砂岩中的非饱和渗流问题与采矿工程中矿井地下水库安全维护、非常规能源开发等工程问题密切相关。正确认识砂岩中水分自发渗吸现象对于揭示上述工程问题中的非饱和渗流机理有着重要的作用。砂岩微观结构的复杂性导致此类问题的研究充满诸多难题。近年来以X 射线为代表的无损检测技术的提高以及中子成像技术在实时量化砂岩中水分输运方面的优势为研究砂岩孔隙结构特征对其水分输运规律的影响创造了良好的实验条件。
[目的]利用高分辨率的计算机微断层扫描技术(X-ray Computed Microtomography,Micro-CT)高效、无损、直观地探究竹节显微结构特征,以期为深入认识竹类植物生长机制以及实现高效利用提供理论依据.[方法]以阔叶箬竹和鹅毛竹为研究对象,借助ZEISS Xradia 520 Verse X射线显微镜,在不损坏竹材内部结构的情况下,对竹节的显微结构进行扫描,采用微米分辨率观察
