一、概述党的十二大确定了本世纪末我国工农业总产值翻两番的战略目标,铁路建设是实现这个宏伟目标的战略重点之一。建国以来,铁路在运输、基建,和工业生产等方面取得了令人鼓舞的成就,1985年货运量完成12.7亿吨;客运最完成11.1亿人;客货换算周转量达到10291亿吨公里;营业里程达到52000公里。其中复线近10000公里,电气化铁路4000公里,内燃化10000公里。
I. Overview The 12th CPC National Congress has set the strategic goal of quadrupling the gross industrial and agricultural output of our country by the end of this century. Railway construction is one of the strategic priorities for realizing this magnificent goal. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the railway has made encouraging achievements in transportation, infrastructure and industrial production. In 1985, the volume of freight traffic reached 1.27 billion tons; the passenger traffic was the most completed of 1.11 billion people; the turnover volume of passenger and freight traffic reached 1,029.1 billion ton-kilometers; Reach 52000 kilometers. Of which nearly 10,000 km double-track, electrified railway 4000 km, 10000 km internal combustion.
