内容微生物组介绍肠道微生物组与哮喘呼吸道微生物组与哮喘微生物组传统:一个细菌-分离培养-鉴定(形态、生化、基因)人体微生物组(microbiome):又称宏基因组或元基因组(Metagnome),指人体内所有微生物基因组的总和,从整体上研究细菌群落微生物组学:解释微生物群落多样性、种群结构、进化关系、功能活性及环境之间的相互协作关系,极大地扩展了微生物学研究范围宏基因组研究技术:不依赖于传统的细菌
