我国幅员辽阔,生态环境多样,孕育了丰富的食药用真菌资源.中国食用菌名录和药用菌名录收录食用真菌936种,药用真菌473种.食药用真菌是我国传统医药的重要组成部分.食药用真菌在长期的进化和环境适应过程中,形成了复杂的化学防御机制,创造性系数高,是寻找新结构活性化合物的理想来源.为了充分挖掘药食两用真菌活性次级代谢产物,我们系统开展了我国珍稀药食两用真菌资源收集、发酵培养、生物活性成分筛选与作用机制的研究工作.
