采用全膜法对电解铜箔废水进行资源全回收处理.实现电解铜箔废水的闭路循环,节能减排,水资源和硫酸铜资源双重回收.实验研究表明:对于电解铜箔漂洗水,在Cu2+含量在200~300mg/L,SO42-含量在300~450mg/L,电导率为650~1200μs/cm时,可浓缩回收Cu2+离子18.42g/L,回用水电导率做到5μs/cm以下,整个系统的水回收率超过98.75%,回用水作为电解铜箔漂洗水使用
