宁波市商会·国贸中心由A、B两幢塔楼和裙房组成,两塔楼的结构高度和竖向荷载相差均达一倍以上,属于大底盘、多塔楼的高层建筑。介绍了针对多塔楼高层建筑基础采用变刚度调平概念的设计方法;为协调各塔楼间基础的不均匀沉降,对竖向荷载较小的塔楼B基础采用了复合桩基的设计方案,并在基础结构设计中应考虑上部荷载和刚度差异引起的沉降耦合控制。沉降监测结果表明,实测沉降远小于理论计算和规范限制,工程实施效果良好。
Ningbo Chamber of Commerce and International Trade Center is composed of two towers A and B and a podium. The difference between the structure height and the vertical load of the two towers is more than doubled, belonging to the high-rise building with large chassis and multi-tower. The design method of variable stiffness leveling for multi-tower high-rise building foundation is introduced. In order to coordinate the uneven subsidence between towers, the design scheme of composite pile foundation is adopted for tower B with small vertical load. Subsidence coupling control due to differences in upper load and stiffness should be considered in the design of the foundation. The settlement monitoring results show that the measured settlement is far less than the theoretical calculation and specification limits, and the project implementation effect is good.
