本文主要从结构设计上探讨了井用潜水泵叶轮单级扬程、叶轮级数和效率之间的关系,并提出了如何经济合理地确定叶轮单级扬程的原则和方法。除此对潜水电泵密封结构、滤网尺寸和布置以及潜水电泵上窜和摆动等问题做了阐述,并提出了一些初步改进措施可供生产上参考采用。
This paper mainly discusses the relationship between the single-stage lift of the submersible pump impeller, the number of stages of the impeller and the efficiency of the submersible pump impeller, and proposes the principles and methods of how to determine the impeller single-stage lift economically and reasonably. In addition to the submersible pump seal structure, size and layout of the filter and submersible pump pumping and swing and other issues are described, and put forward some preliminary improvement measures for production reference.
