83N系列氮-15参考样品已于1984年提供给农口有关单位使用,以作为质谱及光谱法分析中仪器固有偏差的校正。原测定中对83N8样品中~(15)N丰度的确定,是采用内插以它为原始物质配制的~(19)N丰度与它靠近的83N7样品定出K值后计算而得;由于83N8的丰度只有12.5原子%~(15)N,质谱测量值与真值的偏离可能对计算结果引入较大误差,故实际只能准至±0.1原子%~(15)N。本工作采用标准样品法,精确测得83N8的丰度为12.48±0.03原子%~(13)N,并对83N系列氮-15参考样品的丰度值作了修正。
83N series of nitrogen-15 reference samples were provided to the relevant units in 1984 to use as a correction of instrument inherent deviation in mass spectrometry and spectrometry analysis. The determination of the abundance of ~ (15) N in 83N8 sample in the original determination was calculated by interpolating the value of ~ (19) N abundance of the 83N7 sample which was prepared from the original material and the 83N7 sample near it. Since the abundance of 83N8 is only 12.5 atomic% ~ (15) N, the deviation of the measured mass from the true value may introduce a large error in the calculation result, so the actual value can only be as low as ± 0.1 atom% to (15) N. In this work, the standard sample method was used to accurately measure the abundance of 83N8 at 12.48 ± 0.03 atom% ~ (13) N, and the abundance values of 83N series nitrogen-15 reference samples were corrected.
